office language settings

hi guys

2 things and excuse me if i'm in the wrong place as this is all very new to
me.

1. i live in spain and have purchased office student and teachers edition
2003 over here and of course it is all in spanish. is there any way at all i
can change it, the toolbars etc? it has something in the tools part but that
doesn't seem to work...

2. my windows nt explorer no longer shows the folders part nor in 'my
pictures' the filmstrip...

HELP!!

Sorry, it is not possible to change the user interface language
in Office 2003 Students and Teachers Edition. You must purchase
the software in the localized language version that you want to
use.

Office 2003 is available in 35 language versions (see
http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/prodinfo/language/localized.mspx
for a list). You purchased the Spanish language version. You
apparently want the English language version. You can purchase
an English language version of Office 2003 from many UK and US
vendors.
