I purchased 1 Office XP and have it installed on my
desktop and laptop. I'm going to return my laptop and
purchase a new one. Since I am limited to 2 installations
how can I install Office on the new laptop that I
purchase as Microsoft shows me having already registered
the product twice? Thanks.

Uninstall Office XP from your old computer and install on new computer. If
internet activation does not work, just call the phone activation number
provided when you choose phone activation.

You can call Microsoft licensing dept and let them know
your are reinstalling on a new system and they will give
you a product activation key. Only as long as you have
the original purchasing info. You will also have to
start the new install and then give them the code that
shows on the system so they can reactivate it. Jim
