Office links Error From Access

I am the Admin of a database I created. It is currently on a shared server,
currently only used by myself and an assistant. I can open a report or
query, but then I can't send the results to Word or Excel. I tried opening a
copied test DB in My Documents and the same thing happens. Any ideas?
