I'm using Office XP and XP Multimedia 2005 and since installing "MS Office
Live Add In" every time I start my PC MS Excel and MS PowerPoint try to start
up automatically. I have looked through which programs are in my startup
group, I have used Start>Run>msconfig and checked out what programs are
supposed to be starting and can find nothing on MS Excel or PowerPoint. I
also used System Mechanic to check all startup menus. If the programs just
started, so be it, but they fail to start, which cause the MS operating
system to bring up messages about the programs failing to start and do I want
to send a message to Microsoft. Then the programs attempt to restart and I
get a further message about the programs having failed to start correctly the
last time and do I want to start them in safe mode. I have started them in
safe mode and in normal and find no problems. Where can I remove thes from
auto start up?
