Office Locked Out

I cannot create e-mails nor word documents as if I had a trial version expire
on my office 2003 pro. suite. I have a vlk from a company which works. Why
am I locked out? I have reinstalled, and tried upgrading from office xp as
well with no luck. I have tried to activate, but nothing happens. Please,
does anyone have any ideas.

Once you purchase a legal licence everything will work as it should. A
Volume Licence is a site licence, and the use of such a licence away from
the licensed site is a violation of the EULA.

I'm using the office application as any normal user would. Other users use
different laptops at work and theirs works just fine so that doesn't make any
sense. So that cannot be why my office is locked out.

I think you'll find that it is. You cannot use a VL key with a retail
version of Office.
