Office Looking for file MSACCESSop.MSP

I installed office 2007 ultimate on my XP machine. I could not unistall the
old office XP because the Remove Programs keeps on looking for a prograam
called MSACCESSop.MSP. Now, every time I open Outlook (2007), I get an
installation screen that is looking for that same file.
what is this file, where can I find it, and how could I solve this problem?
