Office Mac: 2008 Home Edition and Remote desktop

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I just purchased a mac and before doing so wanted to make sure I'd be able to access my companies remote desktop. I was told there was something I could download to make this possible. However, I've tried and it doesn't seem to work with Office Mac: 2008 Home & Student addition. Is there something that will?
Thanks, as I'm kind of stuck!

You'll have to supply a little more information about what your company's
"remote desktop" is, what you tried, and what results or errors you got.
What I suspect is that the company is using Exchange Server which is NOT
supported in the Home and Student edition. You will need to purchase the
full version of Office.

I believe the OP may be referring to Remote Desktop Connection.

Microsoft does make a Remote Desktop Connection client. You can download
it from Microsoft's website:

This will *not* work with Remote Web Workspace. That is a Windows-only
solution.

Hope this helps!
