Office Microsoft Photo Editor printing problem

At the moment whenever I try and print something in Photo Editor I get an
error message "Microsoft Photo Editor has encountered a problem and needs to
close....etc" I am also asked to send an error report which I have done but
nothing else happens. Any ideas what to do next please?!

What are the details of the error? There is a details button on the error
message.

On clicking to see what's in it -for details - it says the following will be
included in the report: : Code Oxc0000005 Flags Ox00000000 Record
Ox0000000000000000 Address Ox 000000000044003a
System info- Windows NT 5.1 Build 2600
....and various more stuff like that. At the bottom is says "the following
files will be included in this error report:
C;/DOCUME ~ 1/Owner/locals~1/Temp/fd64_appcompat.bxt obviopusly slashes
the wrong way round! Is that what you mean? Thanks for your help!!
