Office MUI.sp1 Language proofing tools

I tried to install Office Proofing tools through MUI, and downloaded the
windows installer MUISP1_ARAff and other languages like frensch and german
aside from english but sorry to say that this patch did not work. I have the
other ohotfixr.dll, as well as the configuration file and hotfix installer
but it did not work. Could u help me please? I did this installation so my
Laptop Office 2003 supports these languages in grammer and dictation...etc.

Please describe the error or behavior you're encountering. Also, please
indicate what products you have on your machine, is it standalone Office +
MUI? If you have the Office 2003 Proofing Tools Kit installed, it requires
it's own SP1, you can't just use the MUI SP1. But I definitely need more
information to help you.
