Office not installed for the current user?

Hi everybody!

When I used my Office 2007 for some days ago the program suddenly just gave
me an error message like: "Microsoft Office 2007 is not installed for the
current user..." and I don't understand why it appeared.

Does someone know what this problem is about and what I can do to solve the
problem? I need the program for my studies as soon as possible!
