office 'not responding'

I bought office off the microsoft website, it worked fine for 4 days then
just stopped working.

It goes 'not responding' when i edit/save/print in word or try and do
anything in any other of the programs. I'm guessing this has something to do
with an update, but I dont know which! I've seen some stuff on here about one
update starting kb90, but all mine start with kb92...

I've got windows vista, and really need help in laymans terms if anyone can
help me please?

I hope i've put all the info on here to get an answer, but i'm not a
computer genius as you may guess, so if anymore info is needed please tell me.

Try opening Word, then click Office button | Word Options | Resources and
run the Diagnostics. Hopefully that will fix it.
