Office not using windows theme

I had my windows xp on performance theme, but then changed to best appearance
yet Ms Office (2007) didn't follow.

It's very flat looking, primarily grey and I get figure out how to get it to
use the windows them. Help please ;)

Office 2007 has 3 color schemes - blue, gray, and black. Click on the Office
button in any app, select Options (at bottom), one of the tabs on the left
has an option to change the appearance. You will not have an option to match
the Windows color schemes though.
