Office on a Mac and Sharepoint Portal Services

Do any of the MVP's (or anyone at MS for that matter) know whether the
next version of Mac Office or any future updates to Office 2004 will
provide integration with SPS 2003/2007 as PC Office 2003/2007 does and
will do? Would be VERY helpful to find out.

Simple answer is that we don't know.

We very rarely get to know what features will or won't be in a future
release, and even when we do, we would be prevented from even letting you
know we knew by a non Disclosure Agreement.

However, if you want a personal opinion, I would not expect to see the same
level of integration, as it relies on some fancy footwork deep in the system
in Windows, and MS obviously don't have the same level of access to the
inner workings of OS X as they do with Windows.
