Office on Terminal Server

I have windows 2003 standard running terminal services, i have installed
office 2003.
Everything is working fine apart from the used file list with in excel & word.
This seems to be very odd as i discovedered when some opens a file with
Terminal services using word or excel it should show within there sessions
recently used file list, But the case with this server is i can see there
last 9 files used and also access them.
This is happening with all the profiles on terminal servces.
Is there anything i can do to seperate the recenctly used file from each
profile or should i switched this off from Group policy. (Thus this is a
global change which effect all users in the domain)
