Not really. There are some workarounds - you could paste your notes into a
Word document or an Outlook Note and then sync that to your PocketPC but
that's probably not going to offer the kind of functionality you're hoping
for.
If not, then why does a message to install onenote onto my PPC pop up every
time I sync my phone to my laptop? I haven't went ahead with it yet until I
know where it installs or if I have control over where it installs. Some
programs don't ask (just like microsoft phone).
