Office Online Purchase - No confirmation

Not sure where else to post this. Office Online doesn't like the User ID I
used to make the purchase. I rec'd an order number when I purchased Office
Pro 2007 online yday and said I'd receive a confirmation and download
instructions within 24 hours.

Have heard nothing.

Can anyone tell me who to email/call?
