Office Online should allow one to perform product-specific search

Currently, help via Office Online is practically useless since searching on
anything always returns too many matches, even when specifying several search
terms. It would be nice if one could limit the search to a specific product.
Just putting the product name in the search terms doesn't limit results to
that particular product (this problem is componded by having products with
names that are also common words like "Word" or "Communicator").

I agree. I think the search on most of Microsoft's pages totally sucks.

That said, you can narrow some things down by going to the product home page
on Office Online and then performing the search.

That is, go to http://office.microsoft.com
Then click the appropriate product in the navigation links on the left,
e.g., Word
Now type in the keywords and perform the search

How anyone should actually know it works that way is beyond me, though. MS
seems to think these things are intuitive, but they're not. In trying to
save users from themselves, they've made it harder for many of us.

I have found, though, the returns on searches in Help in the various Office
2003 products have become better, with more relevant hits showing up closer
to the top of the list. Many are pulled from Office Online, but the
filtering is better than it is if you actually go to Office Online.
