Office Online should list 'all' products in the Office Family.

I've recently spent alot of time, not in attempting to determine what updates
are available, but in trying to use 'contact us' in an effort to let
MicroSoft know their listing of Office products is incomplete. Because 'my'
product is not in your list, it prompted me to query whether or not it would
be included in your 'check for updates' scan as well.

The version of Office I have is the Student and Teacher Edition for Windows
XP, apparently of the 2002 vintage. It isn't located in the main listing for
the 2003 products, and it isn't listed in the "show all products" area
either. It seems unusual to me that I've downloaded security updates,
products having been 'verified' as 'authentic versions,' having used the
verification programs online, yet, 'here,' entering the Office Product Code
(found in the 'about microsoft office' on the desktop toolbar) yeilds 'no
results.'

Without having the ability to identify a product that isn't listed, it is
impossible to contact MicroSoft concerning this issue, because the
established parameters won't allow contact. I would appreciate someone
contacting me about this issue, simply to let me know if anything can be done
to correct it. Thank you for your time.

It isn't listed in the Office 2003 page for updates because it is NOT Office
2003. It is Office XP (2002 programs included.) What happens if you go to
the Office XP updates page?
