Please help!,
I'm on a XP sp2 with office 2003, and 3 days ago my Norton firewall closed
down and gave up. This issue also affected my Office Outlook somehow, and
nomatter what I do nothing helps.
Do any have an idea of what to do here?.
I have uninstalled my Norton (didnt work and couldnt reinstall), and
installed Kaspersky instead. This helped removing the 18 Trojans and Backdoor
files which was on the system, but the issue with Outlook persists...
Before reaching the point now where Outlook crashes on startup, it
previously gave this message: "Office Outlook cant access the data from
Outlook. This function stopped working correctly because of an error. Do you
want to repair it now?"
When pushing the "Yes" button an installer pops up and initialize, but
before actually installing anything (or during installation), the installer
crash and is giving an error message 1304 (mentioning ENVELOPE.DLL as part of
the problem).
Any ideas or suggestions anyone??
