Office/Outlook 2003 - Send TO <<...>>

Can anyone assist with the following issue?

When I'm in an office 2003 professional Sp2 application (ppt,xls)
And go to FILE > Send to > AS ATTACHMENT :

the compose email window will pop up with the attached file...
I'll then proceed to enter a message...

Now when I send it... the entire message (body of the email
) is erased and is replaced with <<...>>
however the attachment goes through.

Any solutions?

does it happen if you save and close the message and open it from outlook
before sending? do you have any addins installed in outlook? are you
scanning outbound mail for viruses?

Diane,
It only happens in the situation I Mentioned - otherwise it's fine. No
addins and we do scan for virus's outbound. I tried it on an Office 2003 SP1
configuration and there was No Problem whatsoever. Could it be a SP2 Bug?

peculiar..
Now I tried to it on another new Outlook 2003 SP2 ... and it worked fine.
Both running windows XP.

Both running on the same exchange server. POssibly a setting?
Couldn't find it.
