I have recently installed Office 2007. The Journal utility is refusing to
record the use of Word, Access etc, despite this being turned on in the
Journals Option dialogue. Any ideas?
This is the same problem I am having, although it has been going on
for some time in my case.
The Journal recorded excel and word files for 20 consecutive days in
January of 2009 and then stopped. I have not been abel to reestablish
the recording action since that time.
I have reviewed numerous blogs and tech sites but no one to my
knowledge has a clue. I have enabled all the correct switches and
still nothing.
Anyone out there have the answer? By the way this is not a network
issue in my case as all my files reside in my laptop on two drives.
