Office Outlook XP Mail Merge

Unable to create labels from the contact list. The mail
merge function for Office Outlook XP Mail Merge either
from Word or Outlook does not work. Is there a fix for
this or plans to fix this problem.

Are you using both Word 2002 and Outlook 2002? Have you tried starting the merge from your Contacts folder?
