Office Picture Manager - faluting application

We have Office 2003 Standard Edition installed on terminal servers. We
continuously get this error recorded in the Application Event Log and Picture
Manager constantly crashes. It crashes especially if opening picture
attachments from Outlook. We have Outlook 2003 SP1 installed.
