Office Picture Manager Hangs

OK,

I saw someone else post about this. I have a similar problem with Microsoft
Picture Manager. It hangs when you open it. Mine hangs for 30 secs or so,
so its real slow opening. but another post i saw said his hung
indefinately.

Anyone know of what the deal is?
