How to use Office Picture Manager to set one's transparent color
like the [Set transparent color] button in Photo Editor 3.0?

Hi King,

The transparency feature isn't available in MS Office Picture Manager 2003.
You can use the transparency tool in the Picture toolbars in
the Office apps when you insert a picture or you can use
a tool like http://www.irfanview.com
