Office Picture Manager

After selecting a picture in Picture Manager and clicking on mail recipient,
the program does not highlight the cotents of the allow me to send the email
with the picture as part of the email. The e-mail message settings and
create message is not available. I can see the text; but cannot click on the
boxes. Picture manager is 2006 12.0.6211.1000. Does anyone have a solution?
