Office Presentation of a new business

I am working on a school project whereby I must do a slide show for a new
business in this office building. I am new to this and I really need some
ideas as to how to get started.

The idea for this new business would be to put a coffee shop. The coffee
shop of course would have coffee, but in this one customers can also choose
food from a more healthy menu. I also thought of having employee to benefit
from this coffee shop which would allow them to gain points for eating at the
coffee shop with free passes to the gym, movies, or other prizes.

Depends whether you are making a pitch for funding a business start-up or
whether you are advertising the business to potential customers. the two are
quite different!
