Office Pro 2000 - missing Disc 1 - Upgrade to Office Pro 2007

I have purchased MS Office Professional 2007 upgrade to update my desktop and
to install on my new laptop. I own MS Office Professional 2000; but I
mangled the disc 1 of the set. What can I do to allow me to upgrade to MS
Office Pro 2007 on both my computers?

Contact Microsoft at 800-936-4900

They can sometimes help with upgrades when the media to upgrade is
unreadable.

You can try but I doubt that they can help you with Office 2000

They wont be assisting with office 2000, nor with replacing it. In some
situations MS can help to get an upgrade installed even if the media is
damaged if you can provide them with disc information from the damaged 2000
disc.

Also check your Office 2007 Professional upgrade package for qualifying
programs. If you have any of the listed programs, even if not installed,
you can use the CD for the qualifying program without actually installing
the program.
