Office Pro 2000

I am reinstalling Office 2000 and am receiving error
message 2343 Internal error.... contact support. I have
the key and associated Disks but each time I try to
install I get the same message. What must I do to clear
the error. Anyone know???

U can try the microsoft knowledge base(kb) for a specific
solution...However the easiest is to use the Windows
installer cleaner miscii.exe or miscu.exe and delete the
office 2000 database

Hi Jody,

Error 2343 often pertains to having or having had
Lotus Notes on the system. See if this article helps
