Office Pro 2003 failed installation

I can only assume that "select installation source for 2C561402.CAB" 1/2 way
through setup means it can't be found on the CD (not scratched), all I want
to know - how do I order replacement media (or download the file I need...)

They need to update the Spain numbers as they are in the format of more than
five years ago and will not work if dialed that way.
