Office Pro 2003 startup bar is gone - can I get one somewhere?

To my dismay, the new Office suite of programs does not
include my favorite function, the startup bar. Is there a
way of installing one or finding a third-part software
package that repairs this bit of Microsoft annoyance?

You can use a previous version from a prior office suite (XP seems to be
best) or you can use a third party application - http://www.jetaudio.com -
or you can use the inbuilt toolbars in Windows 2000 or XP. See the
quicklaunch bar or build your own using the New Toolbar option.
