Office Pro 2003 update failure

Like others I cannot get the SP1 update to work because
of the missing SKU0A4.CAB file. I have tried both
suggestions on the Knowledge base article 884824 without
any success - method 2 seems to be really strange!! if it
didn't work the first time it is not going to work using
these instructions or am I misreading them entirely.

Is there any point in re-installing the whole suite -
should I uninstall first? and if I do will I lose all my
Outlook e-mails etc?

It should be easier than this!

Hi, Jim,

I believe that file is on the FrontPage 2003 CD. Could you try to insert
that CD when prompted?
