What is the difference between Office Professional 2007 and Office Small
Business 2007, besides the $50 price differential? What more does one get in
Office Pro 2007 that one does not get in Office Small Business 2007?

I have a very sall business with just 2 computers. Does anyone knows if 1
pack of "office 2007 small business" works just in one computer or can be
used in several computers in the same company? And if not is there any less
expensive way of purchasing the licences than buying 1 + 1 in a reseller?

No, you need two licenses and you don't get any breaks on the price until
you buy a volume license (5 or more). My suggestion is to buy it from
Amazon.com. Best prices I've seen.
