Office Pro 2007 Medialess License Kit

I recently purchased Office Professional 2007 Medialess License Kit from a
well-known online computer technology vendor but I can't as of yet activate
the trial version of MS Office Home and Student using the product key. As the
product key was very expensive for me, I would like to know how to activate
it using my purchased product key using the medialess license kit.

You have an edition mismatch from your message. MS Office Home & Student edition and MS Office Professional edition key.

MS Office Medialess License Kits are not intended for sale to end users except as preinstalls on a new PC
http://microsoft.com/oem/english/office/mlk.mspx
These are licensed to a single machine and are not transferable/movable once activated. The MLK product keys can be used to convert
the no-cost 60 day trial copies of a matched MS Office trial edition to to paid perpetual licensed editions.

Now, do you think the OP will provide the name of the "well-known online
computer technology vendor"? Obviously selling product without proper
support.....

Keyword here is "Medialess". Unless Office has been pre-installed on your machine (Or you have an Office master Kit) your key is useless.

Bob, I have the same problem. New laptop, but the Mdedialess license key
doesn't work. 2007 Office is preinstalled, we activated the student version.
The key is for small business. Is there any way to make this work or have I
wasted my money? If I activate a trial small business will the key work? Who
can help if it doesn't?

I live in Seattle near Microsoft if going to the campus helps. Thanks, Pamela
