Office Pro 2007 problem

but the receipt you have requested does not exist in our records.".

this takes you to

You click "Try Now for Free"
this takes you to

This brings you to a page that says "Download Your Software Your free trial
is ready for download!"
On that page it has "Download 1" and "Download 2"
How to Download the Product:
• Click the "Download Now" button. Some products will require two separate
downloads - you will need to click both "Download Now" buttons.

Wait while your software downloads to your desktop.

Once you click on the first one, it downloads a file with no "exe". When you
click on the second one, it downloads another file "with an exe". Download 2
works, it is like the second disk in the commerical package. Download 1,
which is comparable to disk 1 in the commerical package does not work because
there is no "exe". Bottom line is you don't get

Outlook 2007
PowerPoint 2007
Publisher 2007
or
Word 2007.

Oh, I'm sorry I took so long, MicroSoft did not notify me that you
responded. Simply add .exe to the end of the first file, and it should work.
