Office Pro Edition 2003 applications fail to initialize

I installed Office Pro Edition 2003 on my computer with
Windows XP Home edition. Then I installed the Business
Contact Manager on the computer with out verifying Office
applications work. Then when I did try to run them I got
an error stating the application failed to initialize.
What could be the cause? What can I do to correct the
problem?

Hi, Richard,

Two things to try:

- Restart the computer
- Re-install Office Pro 2003
