Office Pro Enterprise License Question

We recently purchased Microsoft Office 2003 Professional Enterprise Edition.
I have one question that I don't seem to be able to find the answer to in the
license agreement. I once worked at a company that would allow you to
install Office on your home computer, if you had a dedicated computer at
work. Was/is this legal? I have a user that does a lot of work at home, and
he has asked about this possibility. We want to keep all of our software
within the legal use limits, so this is a very important issue for us.
Thanks for any info anyone can provide.

Hi John,

If you're under a MS volume license agreement there is a 'Home Use' option available, http://microsoft.com/licensing, under certain
volume license programs.
