Office Pro Plus 2007 intallation hangs up

My old hard drive crashed. It had XP OS. I bought Vista Business to install
on new HD. Now I'm trying to re-install my Office Pro Plus 2007 but it hangs
up about 3/4 way through and says: "Microsoft Office Professional 2007
encountered an error during setup."
"Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component
{98CB24AD-52FB-DB5F-A01F-C9B389A 1E18E}. HRESULT: 0X80070020".

What can I do to resolve this? Can I get a replacement CD?
