office pro with front page

I tried to install office pro. front page and i coninue to get error message of no able to install d:files/pffiles/msoffice/office10/set up.hcp.

can you tell me what is the problem?

cd is clean, no scratches found, I did disk check and everything seems okay. but upon installation, I get error 1305, set cannot read file C:program files\microsoft office\office10\1033\ubaxl10.aw. I already unintall my microsoft office 2000 small bussiness . thank you
