Hi
I had to do a repair of office 2003 pro after outlook had lost some
permissions.
I can open word, excel etc ok, but if I click on a desktop shortcut to
a file, windows installer pops up saying preparing to install please
wait while windows configures Microsoft office.
The file does eventually open, but each time I want to open a file the
same thing happens
When I try to open outlook I get the same installer message and when
Outlook opens , this message pops up -
"C:\users\martin\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Add Ins\outver.dll is not a
valid office add in"
When I click ok, the installer message runs in continuous loop and the
only way out is to cancel
I have re-installed Office 2003 pro several times with the same result
Can anyone help me fix my problem please
