Office Prof Edition 2003 updated w Serv Pack 1. Now Outlook not .

I just purchased Office Prof Edition 2003, then updated with Service Pack 1
and Update for Outlook. The send/receive feature on Outlook is now not
working, when previously it was. I recommend that Microsoft find a way to
field questions without a charge on new products and updates.
