I have the above -when I installed on a new computer when I open the program
then try to open a documnt I keep getting an error "Publisher has encountered
a problem" - when I look at the error details - it says I'm running a demo
version - that I need to buy retail version . My disks are original MS
office professional 2003 disk - I don't understand why I keep getting this
error. When I installe on an older computer in the past I never had this
problem. Does anyone have any suggestions - before I pay the $49?

Perhaps you have a trial version of Office installed, which you failed to
uninstall prior installing your retail version - I assume it was a retail
version you were installing
