Office Professional 2007/SQL Server 2005 Express

Just purchased the upgrade to 2007 Microsoft Office Professional.
Installation of Disc 1 went well. In trying to install Disc 2, it apparently
installs SQL Server 2005 Express by default. I've tried iit in both my PC and
my portable and on both I get a stop code error 50 (and the blue screen of
death) for a pagefault_in_nonpage_area during the instalaltion of SQL Server
2005.

I can't install Business Contact Manager or Accounting Express 2007. What
needs to be done to allow me to install the two programs from disc 2?
