Office Professional 2007 Trial Install w Office Home & Student 200

I have downloaded a Trial Microsoft® Office Professional 2007 and before I
install it I want to know if it is ok to do so because I currently have MS
Office Home & Student 2007 on my PC (Vista).

Is it Ok to install the Trial without uninstalling the Home & Student version?

If I set a restore point before install will I be able to use restore that
restore point?

No, you won't be able to install both. If you install the trial, you will
likely find that you will need to uninstall everything 2007 and reinstall the
Office Home & Student edition. A system restore point won't help on that one.
