Can you expand on what you mean by "it won't let me?" Do you encounter an
error message? If so, what is the error message?

Do you have your installation files for Office XP with FrontPage? If so then
obtain the following utility, use it to remove the Windows Installer
information for Office XP and then reinstall Office XP from your
installation CD (yes, I realize you want to uninstall it. :) ). This will
rebuild the entries for the Windows Installer so you will then be able to
successfully uninstall Office XP. The Windows Installer Utility doesn't
remove the installation files for Office on your computer, only the
installation information so once you have Office XP reinstalled you'll need
to then uninstall it.

I know it sounds strange to reinstall in order to uninstall but these steps
are the easiest route to take to make sure Office XP is removed
