I'v used op with windows 98 for years. I keep my most
used program on the desktop(not shortcut). I recently
installed a Hp printer/scanner. Somehow in the istallation
process I no longer can open the Access file on the desk
top. It reads "The managed software installer failed to
install the the program associated with this file. Contact
system administrator." This also is preventing me from
opening this on a save zip. Any thoughts?
