At the request of the sales department, I have downloaded the trial verslion
of Office Professional only to learn that tech support is not offered. I am
frustrated because I followed all of the instructions provided. When I got
to the point in the Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs, I was instructed to
clik on the "trial version of the 2007 Office suite" - only "the suite"
wasn't there. Now I don't have my 2003 version nor the 2007 version either.
What do I do to get out of this delema?
