Office Programs are "installing" when I open them

I have installed a program that I made and every time I
open any office tool (word, excel, access, etc) it says
that it is installing office. This happens every time I
open office. Shouldn't they only need to be installed
once? Any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks for the
help.

I am hav9ing the same problem. I keep getting the

message "preparing to install". This is drivimg me crazy.

Try using the Windows Install Cleanup Tool, free, from the MS Site. I don't
have the URL, but you can use the MS site search to find it.
