Office Project 2007 - error saving plan to server

I am looking for help with this problem. There has been no change to user
permissions, yet I see this problem with on particular schedule and PM. Where
can I lookup the Error ID?

ERROR MSG

The following job failed to complete

Job Type : Save

Error ID: 20010(0x4E2A)

Error Desc : You do not have sufficient Permissions to perform the requested
action
