Office project 2007 trial software error

All,
I'm having problems with the trial software I received from my school book.
Everything works fine with the software except when I save a new project and
then try to reopen it, I get the error “Windows cannot find the fileâ€. Once
I get this error office project shuts down. It prompts me to go out and get
the latest updates as I have already done, but I'm still having the same
issues. I've also tried re-installing it multiple times and downloading it
straight from Microsoft site (no luck). I have office 2007 student edition
currently on my computer and haven't experienced any of these issues with it.
Any help will be appreciated. I need this for a school project. Thanks

Devon,

Have you activated the software?

If you do not activate the software within a certain number of
starts, the software goes into "reduced functionality" mode and may
very likely prevent you from saving a file.
